We are focused on providing research-driven, data-backed solutions to address the following issues:
Inclusive Growth
Automation, digitization and innovation are fundamentally transforming the way we live and work. While these forces can spur economic growth, they are also deeply disruptive. It is, therefore, important to ensure that society as a whole benefits from these changes.
Well-being
Traditionally, economic well-being has been measured by GDP per capita. Yet, awareness is growing that well-being needs to be defined more holistically to capture aspects of health, the environment, social cohesion and other factors that impact our quality of life.
Sustainability
Climate change is one of the biggest societal and policy challenges of our time. We thus need solutions that make economic activity more sustainable. In addition, a change to a more sustainable economy will also change skill requirements and the nature of work. This requires effective solutions to assist people in that transition.
Why We Do It
Automation and digitalization are having a profound impact on how we live and work. Technological advancements are shaping our world in ways we never could have imagined just a few decades ago.
At the same time we find ourselves facing a pressing challenge in the form of climate change. This global issue is forcing us to re-evaluate our current economic system and find new and innovative ways to operate sustainably.
Amidst all these transformations, it's important that we don't lose sight of the people at the heart of it all. Ensuring that opportunities are available to all individuals is crucial if we want to avoid division and polarization in society. Our aim is to create a brighter and more equitable future for all.
How We Do It
